As we are so lucky and fortunate to be able to have such amazing and hardworking coaches, lets meet our 2025 seasons coaches!
Jill Kelly is our organization founder and coaches our 16u Pink 3 Stripes team. She started up Illinois Dream in 2021-2022 and has been able to keep growing our Dream family ever since. She played college basketball at Monmouth College, and has been coaching for almost 10 years now.
Jannah Mahmoud is our 17u Pink 3 Stripes coach. She played college basketball at Robert Morris University where she made many accomplishments, like scoring 1000 career points and receiving First Team All Conference. Not only is she a trainer that does 1on1 and group trainings, but is also a coach at Oak Lawn High school.
Jack Rotert is our 16u Black coach. He is currently the Assistant Coach at Olivet Nazarene University for the Men's Basketball team.
Enrique Anguiano is our 16u White coach. He is currently the high school freshman coach at St. Laurence High School.
Bett Oniel is our 15u Pink coach. She is currently playing her 6th year at Olivet Nazarene University.
Laurelei Thormeyer is our 15u Black coach. She is currently playing her 3rd year at Saint Francis University. This is also her third year coaching for Dream.
Lauren Knight is our other 15u Black coach. She is currently playing her 5th year at Saint Francis University. She played her first four years at Carthage College.
Makayla Kelly is our 14u pink Jr. 3SSB team coach. She is currently playing college basketball at Saint Xavier University. This is her second year coaching for Dream.
Brooke Baechtold is our 14u Black team coach. She is currently committed to Carthage College.
Brian Baechtold is our 14u Black team assistant coach. He played college basketball Northern Michigan University.
Alaina Vargas is our 13u Pink Jr. Adidas team coach. She has played three years varsity basketball at Lincoln-Way East and is undecided for college.
Dave Esterkamp is our 13u Pink Jr. Adidas team coach. He played College basketball at Bowling Green State university and played overseas basketball and has been training for many years at The Ranch.
Kiernan Snow is our 12u Pink team coach. He is on his 2nd year coaching for Dream and is also the boys basketball coach at Providence Catholic High School.
